A personal beginning

Our journey on Saint George began as a personal endeavor to build two family homes. As we navigated the unique challenges of coastal construction, we gained insights and local connections. This experience sparked a vision to expand our homebuilding expertise to serve the luxury coastal market. Inspired by the island's beauty and armed with our newfound knowledge, we're now excited to be press forward on this new venture. This natural evolution allows us to share the island lifestyle we've come to love while applying our commitment to quality, sustainability, and thoughtful design in this breathtaking coastal setting.

The Homes

Our '25 Island Life Homes-SGI Plan includes constructing two nearly identical beachfront properties - one to Sell and one to Retain & Rent. Each luxury home will feature 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and an elevator spanning four floors. The properties offer abundant indoor and outdoor living spaces, including covered porches and open patios with stunning beach views. Additional amenities include under-house parking, a beachside pool with a deck, and a poolside entertainment area.
